Look up express pokémail on Reddit and check out all the recent threads. I’m still waiting on an eta, response, or refund on a vivid voltage booster box i pre ordered from them in October. Working with pay pal to get a refund currently.
Preordered some vivid voltage stuff from express pokemail back in early October for the November 13th release. Since then, no shipping confirmation and all customer service can tell me is that they are waiting for their distributor.
