You can begin to understand your own problems by noticing what you are experiencing in these five areas of your life: 1. environment/life changes/situations, 2. physical reactions, 3. moods, 4. behaviors, and 5. thoughts. On Worksheet 2.1 below describe any recent changes or long-term problems in each of these areas.
