Turn on the computer, and immediately press f10 repeatedly to open HP Computer Setup. Select Sure Recover. Clear the HP Sure Recover check box. Navigate to the Main tab, and then select Save Changes and Exit. Use the Windows 11 or Windows 10 reset feature when Windows starts normally. First, update the computer to see if that resolves the issue.
