The Fall River Planning Board is an appointed body responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Massachusetts Subdivision Control Law (M.G.L. Chapter 131, §41) and many other Regulations and Ordinances within the boundaries of the City of Fall River.
The ZBA hears all requests for variances and special permits under the city’s Zoning By-Law. Regular meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in First Floor Hearing Room, Government Center, One Government Center, Fall River, MA 02722.
