Download and install Fallout New Vegas (I tried with the "free" version with all add-ons (DLC and packs)). Install the latest NVSE, NV:MP (and you don't have to register and login if you're only going to use local split-screen co-op), NV Anti Crash, 4GB Patcher, LOOT and FOMM (the last two will help for problems with all mod files).
