15 Μαΐ 2020 · SACRAMENTO, Calif. (May 18, 2020) — The California Horse Racing Board Licensing Offices at Santa Anita Park, Golden Gate Fields, and Los Alamitos Race Course are now open for renewals and new owner licenses only.

19 Μαΐ 2020 · The California Horse Racing Board Licensing Offices at Santa Anita Park, Golden Gate Fields, and Los Alamitos Race Course are now open for renewals and new owner licenses only. The Sacramento Licensing Office is still closed awaiting modifications for COVID-19 mitigation.
15 Μαΐ 2020 · Beginning May 16, new owners may apply for an owner’s license at any of the CHRB licensing offices now open at Santa Anita, Los Alamitos, and Golden Gate Fields. Owners can also apply via mail, fax, or email at one of the licensing offices list below.
