As a reminder to those who are staying at the tracks for training during the winter months you will need a current license to access the backside area. *All licenses expire December 31, 2021*. It is the Trainer's responsibility for licensing their owners and employees. Trainers must sign each employee's application authorizing the Indiana Horse Racing Commission to license the applicant as your employee.
