Connect Your HDMI Device & TV Unplug your compatible HDMI device (PS5, Apple TV, etc) from your TV and connect it to the 'Input' HDMI port on the Fancy Sync Box. Then, use the provided HDMI cable to connect the 'HDMI OUTPUT' port of the Fancy Sync Box to the HDMI port of your TV.
It works with 4K / 120 hz, it works with VRR and ALLM (at least on Series X), and it works with multiple HDMI devices plugged into an AVR and the AVR output plugged into the box.
I have been looking at the Fancy LEDs 2.1 HDMI Sync box as this supports most of the features compatible with HDMI 2.1 (e.g. VRR, ALLM, 4k120hz) except eARC. It also only has one HDMI input, so for example you can plug an Xbox in, but to use a PS5 you would need to remove the Xbox HDMI and replace with the PS5 HDMI.
