I just recently picked up the Shadow Liberty Prime PA skin and i kind of want to make a Fatman build, but i'm not 100% what perks to use, or what legenary effects for the fatman. i was also planning on using either a minigun, or a ultracite plasma gatling as the secondary. any advice? In our Fallout 76 build directory, you can find builds representing different play styles. You can sort them by votes and the date they were last updated. Additionally, you can filter them to only show builds with specific Perk Cards or a focus on your favorite S.P.E.C.I.A.L. attribute.
