ULS frees you from having to fill out and mail paper application, and gives you secure, online access to your licenses and pending applications.
FCC License Renewal. A renewal application can be filed no earlier than 90 days before the expiration date on the license. If you are renewing a ship station fleet license or a NN service license, see Special Notes for Ship Station Fleet Licensees and NN (3650 MHz - 3700 MHz) Service Licenses at the end of this article.
You can renew by mail by sending FCC Forms 605 and 159 directly to the FCC. Download Form 605 for the renewal by going to https://www.fcc.gov/fcc-form-605 and fill it out. You also will need to include Form 159 for your payment.
