I made a simple month template for the Calendar of Harptos to use in my game. I plan to print out 12, one for each month, and put them in a binder, so I can track my players' progress and actions throughout the year, as well as track the seasons and what special holidays are coming up.
Enter my Campaign Calendar template! I whipped up this Harptos Calendar document in Google Drive that allowed me to easily share the phases of the moon (sourced from the official Forgotten Realms Calendar Tool) and make collaborative notes with my party members.
Conditions alter a creature’s capabilities in a variety of ways and can arise as a result of a spell, a class feature, a monster’s attack, or other effect. Most conditions, such as blinded, are impairments, but a few, such as invisible, can be advantageous.

22 Ιουν 2015 · Can you make a “form fillable” template for these? The various class and race abilities, atributes and traits fill up fast on the character sheet and it might be nice to have cards with the traits and (full) explanation available.
