If you decide to file a discrimination complaint, you must do so within 15 days from the day you received notice from your EEO Counselor about how to file a complaint. This notice is sent to you after your final interview with the EEO Counselor.

The EEOC Public Portal is a secure, web-based application developed for individuals to interact with the EEOC regarding a complaint of employment discrimination. Using the EEOC Public Portal, you may file a complaint against an employer in the Private Sector (i.e., Business or non-profit) or a State or Local Government Agency.
If you are a current employee of the Court Services and Supervision Agency, a former employee, or an applicant for employment and you believe that you have been discriminated against in a personnel practice or in a term, condition, or privilege of your employment, you may file an EEO complaint.
