24 Ιουλ 2024 · Students who are eligible for Federal SEOG grants can receive between $100 and $4,000 per year. The amount of money awarded depends on your financial need, but also can depend on when you apply, other financial aid, and the availability of aid at your college or university.
If you’re awarding an FSEOG for a full academic year, you must pay a portion of the grant during each payment period, even if the student’s program doesn’t use standard academic terms. (See Volume 1, Chapter 1 for an explanation of payment periods.)

To receive this grant you must be a U.S. citizen, who has completed a FAFSA form, and is eligible based on significant financial need, and you must be a full time student enrolled in a college or university undergraduate program.
