On February 20, 2019, Republic Act No. 11232, or the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines (“Revised Corporation Code”) was approved into law, which substantially amended the Corporation Code. The Revised Corporation Code currently applies to all private corporations in general.
Code became effective, replacing Batas Pambansa Blg. 68.
