They answer phones when I call, I've sent a Fury back for extractor issues and had it back fixed in two weeks. I would give them a thumbs up for their customer service. Just my experience though, other opinions might not be so high....

  4. 4 Απρ 2021 · Very nice rifles with good customer service! That's what I hear, have you worked with them? Has a slight issue with a trigger on one. Called them up and the shipped a new trigger right away and I returned the old trigger for them to look over. No hassle or issues when dealing with them.

  5. 10 Ιουν 2024 · However, in my case, once I got a hold of a person on the phone, the customer service I received from Fierce was efficient and effective. My advice would be… call sales and talk to a person. Ask them if they can help you with the issue you are having.

  6. 1 Απρ 2019 · After a couple inaccurate 300wm Havaks, I'm prone to lean towards Fierce. Seekins does have good customer service but it doesn't matter if you've got to burn a year or two and a bunch of reloading/range time, and ammo $ on inaccurate guns.
