8 Οκτ 2024 · Highway 38 has reopened. Highway 330 remains closed from Highland Avenue to Highway 18 as CalTrans performs repairs to the road and guardrails. Angelus Oaks has been lifted of all evacuations and Seven Oaks, Barton Flats and Pinezanita have transitioned to Evacuation Warnings.
8 Σεπ 2024 · HWY 18 remains closed at the Dam, and HWY 38 remains closed at Lake Williams. The San Bernardino National Forest remains closed in the Big Bear area. This closure is to protect those that wish to visit the forest and fire personnel working in the area.

30 Σεπ 2024 · Big Bear News – Big Bear, CA – UPDATE: 8:30am – The fire grew yesterday to 43,251 acres remaining at 80% contained. Highway 38 is closed in addition to Highway 330. Highway 18 is fully open. The Line Fire made a run up the Santa Ana river drainage on Sunday.
