Chapter 7 Filing Fee. The filing fee for a Chapter 7 case is identified on the fee schedule, under Court Resources, Fee Schedule. If an individual debtor is unable to submit the full filing fee at the time of filing, the debtor may request to pay the fee in installments.
To complete the Application to Have the Chapter 7 Filing Fee Waived (Form 103B), you must provide information about your family size, combined family income, monthly expenses, cash on hand, bank accounts, personal property, and real estate. You'll use the information you provided on your bankruptcy schedules (the figures should be consistent).
