Lethal Tempo: While you still have a high cooldown on your Q and E in early and can't spam it every 3 seconds the focus lies more on your auto attacks, and these are literally doubled with lethal tempo for up to 6 seconds which means double damage output for 6 seconds.
Fiora maxes Bladework second because the increase in critical damage offers a lot of damage to Fiora's trades, and helps get kills on the enemy. The low cooldown on Bladework means Fiora can take towers faster with the auto-cancel mechanic, or get the most efficient damage onto an enemy.
I read the new changes to the items and here are some of my ideas for Fiora builds: •For 1st item : Ravenous (70AD 20AH 10% Lifesteal + Active + Passive) is probably the best, because of the split push power in lane as well as the healing you get, which can help a lot early vs harder matchups. • 2nd item is where things get interesting.
