Generally, only the menus are translated, though there is now placeholder text hanging around in the prologue. Remember, this patch is applied to a headered FE4 rom! If your rom does not have a header, there are tools out there that can add them.
looking for best fe4 and fe5 English patches. So a while ago I downloaded an fe4 rom and the first English patch I found (Gharnef). I got to playing it recently, and while the game certainly is playable, there are so many chunks of optional text that are really poorly written.
10 Μαΐ 2013 · Just use a CLEAN Japanese ROM and Snes9x, save your current .ips file off somewhere safe and drop this file in the same directory as your ROM. Then, reload the game (not reset, that's not enough!) and enjoy.
