24 Αυγ 2013 · Place student names in pocket chart in alphabetical order. Call attention to the first letter of each name by writing it in red. These cards can be used for many different activities such as sorting by first letter, comparing and contrasting the number of letters in each name etc.
As for taking ownership of their work, students write their first name and last initial on the card. If they trade cards with kids from another school or town, there is some anonymity in not putting their whole name on the back.
5 Αυγ 2020 · If you plan on adding dimensional embellishments to your cards then you’ll want to add mini glue dots or a fine-tipped glue pen. From there I would suggest taking a look over the different adhesives I introduced you to, and choose based on what you want to do!
