17 Αυγ 2008 · Does anyone have any experience with First Place Engines? These engines look nice but I do not have any information about the company or actual customer experiences. I would appreciate any information that anyone can provide.
“Perfect for 1.20 to 1.50 size acrobatic and 3-D planes as well as scale planes up to 20 pounds. The 2.4 uses a Husqvarna piston and cylinder coupled to a completely CNC machined engine assembly. This combination gives the 2.4 plenty of power at a very low weight.
2 Μαρ 2002 · First Place Engines I have an FPE 2.4, and just ordered a Great Planes Pitts to put it in. Has anyone tried this combo yet. The set-up should be about 15lbs,RTF.
