The food at Fishbones is consistently excellent. We enjoy fresh fish dishes. Started with shrimp cocktail and oysters - fresh, tastey; no mignonette. Enjoyed baked scallops and sesame tuna steak. Scallops were baked perfectly in delectable buttery bread crumbs. Tuna was generous and cooked perfectly - Tuna quality was excellent.
