A few people I've read on here have had questions about BKC kayaks so I figured I'd give my two cents. I recently went to upgrade from my crappy emotion kayak to a pedal drive and went with a PK13 pedal drive from BKC as I thought it looked nice at a good price.
On paper the Brooklyn Kayak is everything. However, I found mine lacking in on the water performance. I tend to kayak camp a lot, and weighted down, the boat just plain sucked.
30 Αυγ 2023 · Quality of the kayak and the drivers may improve the two stars to a three star review. We will see. Unfortunately, with the issues I have suffered so far, 5 stars is impossible and out of the question at this point.

Someone I know is always bugging me to check out the Brooklyn Kayak Company as their prices are so much lower for "comparable" kayaks, but I am personally very skeptical.
