Visitor parking is available at metered parking lots and parking garages. You can pay using the on-site Parkeon kiosks as well as the Pay-by-Phone parking application. Find metered parking at FIU
Visitor parking is available at metered parking lots and garages throughout all FIU campuses. You can pay using the on-site Parkeon kiosks or PaybyText, simply by looking out for signage across our various parking locations.
FIU Parking provides students, employees, contractors, vendors and visitors transportation services and parking credentials and maintains the parking facilities. There are multiple free, easy-to-use electronic tire inflation stations across all FIU campuses.
FIU has marked parking spaces which designate the permission needed to park in each space. For student parking, all unmarked spaces are considered student spaces and require student permits. Visitors can only park in metered parking lots and garages. To pay, use the on-site kiosks or the Pay-by-Phone parking application.
Students can park in any unmarked space in a parking lot or parking garage (excluding Parkview Housing Garage). Multi-vehicle registration is available for up to three vehicles for an additional $15 ( only one vehicle may be parked on campus at a time).
Student Parking on Campus All students in the Alamo Colleges District pay a Campus Access Fee which also covers parking at any of the Alamo Colleges District campuses, off-site locations or district offices.
