Vincent Riley is a Senior Detective with the Manhattan North Homicide Squad, replacing Detective Frank Cosgrove. He is partnered with Detective Jalen Shaw. After Cosgrove left the squad, Dixon hired Riley as Jalen Shaw's new partner. Riley and Shaw investigated the murder of Nathan Alpert.
