8 Απρ 2012 · I just put a flatbed on my 97 f-250 and i need to do something about the filler necks. I want to flush mount them into the bed so they have plenty of angle on them. I was wondering if anyone knows of any products that will have the recess and a tube?
5 Απρ 2019 · As long as you get the fuel flowing out of the nozzle, it will fill the tank without bubbling back. What we typically do is use a Ford service elbow that comes standard with chassis cab trucks. For box off trucks, the tank fill is usually on the top of the tank, which reduced the amount of slope you have to work with.
What and how I built the fuel filler neck for my $200 flatbed. It's all 1.5 inch galvinized tube and fittings and I put it together in my local Ace Hardware.
8 Αυγ 2021 · I would put a hole through the outside wall of the main side rail, weld a piece of pipe inside to keep crap from getting into it, and poke the filler neck out the back side on a bit of an angle. 3- poke it up through the deck up against the front wall.
