Miserable Customer Service. Flexsteele refuses to reimburse us for a service charge we incurred because they sent 2 incorrect parts to us for a furniture repair. They said their company is incapable of sending us a check or any forms of reimbursement even though it was their error we incurred the fee.

We bought a Flexsteel "Fenwick" reclining sofa just over a year ago and it is a bitter disappointment. The frames for the reclining section are made from a poor quality asian plywood, it appears to be the same low density Luan you find in packing crates, and they are breaking down.
