The Fort Myers Division is headquartered in downtown Fort Myers, Florida. It serves Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hendry, and Lee Counties. The courthouse is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The clerk's office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Both are open Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
