Unless exempt, a recreational saltwater fishing license and a lobster permit are required to harvest spiny lobster; Lobster must be landed in whole condition. Separating the tail from the body is prohibited in state waters.
Lobster Permit - 1 year. This permit, in addition to a valid saltwater fishing license, authorizes the holder to take, attempt to take, or possess Spiny Lobster (crawfish) for recreational purposes.

4 Δεκ 2020 · Recreational divers are limited to 6 lobsters per day in regular season. As for mini-season, divers in the Florida Keys and Biscayne Bay are limited to 6 lobster per day. However, the rest of Florida allows 12 lobsters per day over the two day bonanza.

License Requirements: To participate in Florida Lobster Season, you need a recreational saltwater fishing license and a spiny lobster permit, unless exempt. Florida Lobster Season consists of a special 2-day recreational season followed by a longer regular Commercial and Recreational Season.
