What do I do if my address has changed? As soon as you have changed addresses you must complete a Disabled Toll Permit Replacement Request Form identifying the orange permit sticker number and your new address.
Four Ways to Pay Your Pay By Plate Invoice: Online using a credit card. E-PASS Smartphone app: Download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By phone using a credit/debit card: 1-800-353-7277 or 407-823-7277. In person using cash or credit/debit card at the E-PASS Customer Service Center.
E-PASS transponders (including the E-PASS sticker, Uni toll pass, KnightPass, GatorPass or NolePass) provided directly from CFX (online, via the E-PASS app, from the E-PASS walk-in center or drive-up Reload Lanes) will already be activated and will work immediately.
SunPass is Florida’s Prepaid Toll Program and the preferred method of payment for tolls. Since many toll roads in Florida are converting to electronic, no cash, toll collection, it makes sense to get a SunPass.
SunPass can be used on toll roads, bridges and managed lanes, and customers always pay the lowest toll rate in Florida. SunPass transponders are interoperable, meaning they can also be used as payment for tolls in certain states. See the Florida toll map above for details.
TOLL-BY-PLATE is a payment option for customers who do not have SunPass or any other Florida compatible transponder when travelling on electronic toll collection facilities.
