6 Φεβ 2023 · 1. Over the phone. Call the customer support number on the back of the card. This is one of the easiest ways to check your balance. When you call the number on the back of your card, you'll reach an automated system. Follow the prompts until you get to the option for a balance inquiry.
As food items are purchased with your WIC EBT card, these items will be deducted from the available balance in your household account. The Florida WIC Mobile App allows you to view your food benefits.
