The purpose of this article was to report various treatment options available for dental fluorosis from a conservative bleaching management to extensive full crown restorations and this has been the first time that complete full mouth rehabilitation for dental fluorosis been reported.

The aims of this paper were to: (i) review the literature on the therapeutic management of dental fluorosis, (ii) suggest the management options for fluorosis of varying severity, (iii) describe the basic research on bonding to fluorosed teeth, and (iv) suggest areas for future research.
