All other classes get only 1%/10dex so Jester has the highest natural critical rates of any class in flyff. - Third highest block rate per dex. Same as billposters, but jesters have a self-buff that gives them superior melee block.

Bow Jesters – The Bosshunting and PvM Guide . Bow Jesters are GREAT for Bosshunting, making them one of the richest Sub-Classes in the Game. As you can see if the Video I posted before, Bow Jesters only require one good RM to take on Bosses even saying that, they can use regular assists straight from the point they get their job change.
