Nicknamed 'The Right Arm of the Free World,' the weapon was designed and first manufactured at Fabrique Nationale dArmes de Guerre Herstal1, or FN Herstal (FNH), in Belgium (Stevens and Rutten, 1981).

22 Ιουλ 2022 · I tend to favor inch pattern FN FALs because they can use either type of magazine and their magazines are more robust. However, most of the world’s FN FALs are metric patterns, so magazines and parts for them should be easier and cheaper to obtain.
