4 Μαρ 2009 · On metric Mags have a LITTLE HOLE in the floor plate on the one end. Use a bullet tip or something to slide the floor plate out, It can go only one way and watch out for the spring as that is under pressure. Just keep one hand over the end that's opening as you slide the floor plate off.

11 Μαρ 2008 · It needs to move away from the magazine body just enough that the 2 little "detents" can clear the magazine body. then it just slides off releasing the spring inside. My usual trick is to use a screwdriver small enough to fit into the gap between the floorplate & body & kind of walk it till the tabs are free.
