29 Μαΐ 2018 · Repairing FAL Magazines. In the past, FAL magazines were priced at a level that made it difficult to justify spending any time or money in repairing damaged ones. As the price of magazines increases, it may become cost-effective to repair instead of replace.

11 Μαρ 2008 · My usual trick is to use a screwdriver small enough to fit into the gap between the floorplate & body & kind of walk it till the tabs are free. A second screwdriver pushing the front rearwards will help too.
4 Μαρ 2009 · Depress the little button with a punch or bullet tip. While holding down, slide the base plate off. Make sure you catch the spring as you remove the base plate. The inch Mags have the button to push in. On metric Mags have a LITTLE HOLE in the floor plate on the one end.
