The Fredbear Plush, also known as Psychic Friend Fredbear, is a strange, seemingly haunted plush of Fredbear, being introduced within the fourth game. He reappears as an easter egg in FNaF World, being a more distorted sprite, and makes a cameo appearance in Sister Location.
The plush has officially been referred to as haunted. The plush appears in the sewer and as a flower. The murders already happened by 4, as shown by the pigtails girl. If he wanted his son back, why did he do two Missing Children incidents? Why did he kill Charlie then?
The Fredbear Plush is the secondary protagonist of the Five Nights at Freddy's 4 Minigames. The Fredbear Plush is constantly seen around the Crying Child, constantly following the Crying Child during the minigames.

Cassidy used the image of the only friend CC had, the Fredbear Plush and a literal representation of Golden Freddy. The strange behaviour of the plush mirrors the behaviour of Golden Freddy, disappearing and reappearing.
The scene begins with the crying child in a black room, a plush Fredbear in front of him, and plushies of the 4 original animatronics (excluding Foxy's head) further away from him, representing the Child in a coma.
We know thanks to the Private Room Easter Egg that there is indeed at least one real Fredbear plush. And that they're tied to cameras set up around FNaF 4's house. Which suggests the plushies all around the house and all over town are hidden cameras that William is using to spy on his son.
