My Maschine MK3 on my desktop (basically a Komplete Kontrol 2) is only a bit over 8msec. My M-Audio Air 192|4 is comparable to the Maschine. The Scarlett Solo has almost ~11 msec input latency @ 48Khz 192 Buffer. I had the buffer at 192 to try to claw back some of that latency.

29 Αυγ 2020 · As for the latency, how low have you managed to get your Buffer Size to? This will dictate the delay heard between input and output. Lower the buffer size until you are happy with the performance or until you hear glitching of the audio - that means you've got it as low as your processor can handle. Let us know how you get on.
Using your computer's internal sound card, or any other USB type interface/headphones at the same time will cause latency. The lowest latency will come from using a single audio interface for both input and output because you're not using the Windows WDM/DirectX layers as well.

7 Απρ 2020 · I have a focusrite scarlett 2i2 3rd gen, a USB DAC. What I essentially want is to reduce the overall system audio latency (windows). If I just use the DAC by itself without any software, I get about 70ms audio latency.
