23 Ιαν 2020 · The EMR-A comes in two different models – standard and extended reach. My model is the extended. FCD recommends the standard reach model for defensive rifles, but in my opinion, the difference between the two (0.09″) shouldn’t make a huge difference safety-wise.
21 Ιουν 2017 · The EMR-A continues Forward Controls Design’s excellent designs with similarly solid execution. The EMR-A is well-machined using the excellent materials for the job. It further showcases their attention to detail, especially in the design and layout of the human-machine interface.
EMR-A. EMR-A has been redesigned at least twice. MCS (Multi-faceted Control Surface) concept, where a control surface is contoured, or composed of flat surfaces of various angles, makes another appearance here.
A 10.9lb rated magazine catch spring is included with each EMR-A. EMR-A's catch is made from CNC machined 4140 steel and black nitride coated, its lever is 7075 aluminum and Type 3 hard coat anodized.

Reviews 32. The EMR features a slightly curved button surface to fit the natural curvature of your finger. The form fitting curve, along with horizontal serrations, create a self centering surface that inhibits the finger’s vertical movements.
