Foster High School provides a diverse curriculum with four levels of instruction: Academic, Pre-AP, PAP, Dual Credit, and Advanced Placement as well as career/technical programs for all students and special education and emergent bilingual (EB)/ English learner services for eligible students.

Foster High School consistently performs well on STAAR End-of-Course (EOC) exams, outperforming the district and state averages across multiple subjects.

Family Access - This program gives parents and students the ability to track grades and attendance from your own computer/phone.
High school students must take and pass certain required courses and the end-of-course exams for those courses. The assessments are based on the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, the state curriculum standards.
