9 Οκτ 2024 · Currently Pathways Youth & Family Services licenses foster parents in traditional foster care, Kinship Care, primary medical needs, and treatment foster care (known as Pathways Treatment Family Foster Care or PTFFC). However, more options for foster parents are on the horizon.
DFPS offers many resources for people who want to become foster parents, or who already have, or who want to foster as a first step towards adoption. Many of these resources can be found on the Texas Adoption Resource Exchange (TARE).
