I like the FallUI series of mods, ECO for modifying weapons and armor, and the BH SIG MCX rifle mod with the Side Aim, Tactical Reload, and Penetration Framework mods. There are lots of quest mods (filter the Nexus site by category), which you should run from a clean save.
