The only repeatable teleport to the Fountain of Rune I know of is Wilderness Sword 4. Second-best option is using a Wilderness Obelisk, but that probably requires you to have one in your house. Compare to just using an Ash Sanctifier; you'll get 1/6th the experience that you would from casting Demonic Offering, but this is completely zero-time.
