Bring a Truesilver Bar when you go hand in this part of the quest. You'll see why when you hand it in. It's not in the Alter of Zul but in the far North-East of Shadra'Alor. You don't need to go through the whole temple to get there, you can climb over the ridge on the far north-east of the hills as you look at the mini-map.

First part is in the Naga Camp in STV. Keep following the path until you get to a bridge, on the other side of the bridge is the Holy Well.
