Grab this - as you'll need it for part 3 of the quest chain. (Doing so will save a trip to the AH and back.) The sack of barley can be found in the Swamp of Sorrows in the Fallow Sanctuary. The sack of corn can be found in Tanaris south of Steamwheedle port along the coast.
First part is in the Naga Camp in STV. Keep following the path until you get to a bridge, on the other side of the bridge is the Holy Well. Second part, locations given on Anonymous are correct (Swamp of Sorrows, Tanaris, Hinterlands). In the Hinterlands, the bag of oats is in a little camp *outside* the walls of Shada'Alor.
