Make sure you have added some music to the library. 2. Click on "Advanced" at the top of the screen. 3. Select "Get Album Artwork" from the pull down menu.

I haven't figured this part out, but I will see what I can do (maybe tomorrow). Second, this is my setup: iPod Touch 8GB with firmware 3.0. iTunes 8.2. MM 3.1.2.1271.
