The Church History Museum offers immersive, interactive, and engaging experiences for individuals and families to connect with the history of the Church of Jesus Christ and the growing spiritual, artistic and cultural legacies of the Latter-day Saints. Admission is free.
Regular Hours: Monday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Tuesday–Thursday 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. Friday–Saturday 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Closed Sunday. Holiday and Other Adjusted Hours: October 29, 2024 (Early Closure): OPEN 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. October 31, 2024 (Halloween): OPEN 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The museum is in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, across from the west gates of Temple Square. Admission is free. The Church History Museum was built in 1984 to help preserve the history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
