Find a Community Health Center. Community Health Centers are clinics that provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to everyone, regardless of a person’s ability to pay. Services offered include prenatal care, pediatric care, help managing chronic diseases (high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and behavioral healthcare, etc.).

As the Southside Free Clinic continues to grow in this inaugural year, it will be guided by a two-fold goal: to empower medical students and professionals to address health disparities directly, while providing invaluable medical services to historically underserved Chicagoans.
