If so, you just have to find the extension file FDM installs for Chrome and install it in Opera GX. The extension might be in FDM's install folder somewhere. It should be a crx file you're looking for.
I saw in the setting browser integration, it did not include Opera GX there, only Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. How do I integrate FDM with Opera Gx, so I could click download link and automatically goes to FDM rather than Opera GX built-in downloader?

23 Απρ 2006 · You can even make FDM the default download manager without using the plugin ("Browser monitoring" option). This will work for every file type not only for those the plugin knows of: Go to Tools -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Download
