Here's a collection of 50 .PNG Heightmap Files I made for Unreal Engine. These heightmaps were created and rendered using the ANT Landscape plugin in Blender, then edited with GIMP. I made a Tutorial on how to create your own heightmaps. License is CC0, free for personal and commercial use. Just don't try to sell them as is, please.
The heightmaps available from this page, are provided for free under a CCO 1.0 Universal creative commons license. You may need to scale the height of the terrain to get the best effect. When importing the height map the edges may get stretch ed or don’t fit exactly – this can be fixed by cropping the heightmap or using available sculpt tools.
Sea level is set to 200 meters, Height scale to 50%, below sea level to 5 meters and all land is raised. By setting only land rise, and below sea level to 10, the land will raise 10 meters out of the sea. In the map editor from cities, the sea level can also be adjusted.
